Heading to the Beach - Esterillos and Puntarenas

We planned on spending March by the beach, but that fell through.  We had been assured the house had internet capable of streaming video, but the internet wasn't capable of loading basic web pages.  We left almost immediately.  Without decent internet, schooling isn't feasible.

While trying to coordinate new housing for the month, we headed to Puntarenas.  We had thought about taking the ferry into the Gulf of Nicoya, but the area around the ferries was so crowded, busy, and annoying that we just left -- not worth it.







While still in Esterillos, we were able to see this huge moth (about the size of your hand):
